Z0mBieP00Nani Posted February 28, 2022 Posted February 28, 2022 I mean I know use Wicked Whims and either build one or choose from dozens of CC out there to place on a lot, but I mean what is the easiest way to choose a sim to own the joint and how do you get their funds high enough to buy it in the first place? Assuming that's how things have to happen in the first place (as in picking a sim to run the joint, then having them buy the business).

If played right you can power thru to owning your own club in about three days... but your sims might be mad at you for making them lay on their backs for so long.

Honestly I would expect the owner of a brothel/strip joint to have at least some experience in such things.

Download a strip club from the gallery, install it, buy it, hire the least ugly sims available based on skills which almost no sim has, watch NPCs make a mess of the joint, watch employed sims not do what they're supposed to do, notice your sims are stuck because the strip club was made with the move objects cheat, notice that you're losing simolians, spend more time trying to manage the strip club and that it's not even fun anymore and just a grind.... ... then back off and do something outrageous and fun. Trick is to think of something outrageous that the mods let you do. (You know, in the game Fallout my PC walks into a bar and kills* everyone. Doesn't mean I'd ever do that in real life! I'd never walk into a bar! Way too expensive!! It's just a game) @Z0mBieP00Nani Great avatar. A web search says it was a modification of panel from a comic called "mega milk". Funny. * okay, the Bar is called "The Combat Zone" and you're supposed to kill everyone, because they're all bad.
