I am hoping that someone makes an anime npc overhaul for oldrim (since I only play LE)  like the one for Fallout 4 : https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/38724

Yes I am a weeb, Yes I want a total anime overhaul of my skyrim. That's just me.  But I am tossing the idea out there just incase someone wants to pick it up someday.

They do exist.

 

As I recall, LE versions which do this use the Tera Elin race (found here on LL) as a basis for this, but I don't know the full mod loadout by any means.
