Text Display Scroll Speed

I would like to know if anyone out there knows how to adjust the scrolling speed of the text messages that appear in the upper lefthand corner of the screen when playing. I am a SSE 1.5.97, skse 2.0.20 player, I have 500+ mods in my game including, SkyHud, SkyUI, True HUD and Immersive HUD, along with Dear Diary and iLuvLoading. I have already looked at all of the .ini's I could locate, a whole lotta numbers I couldn't figure out. The text goes by so fast I can't read it, I know another person who says it goes way too slow. I would like to be able to fix this for us.

I'd like to massively speed it up. I have to wait to see my selections with poser hotkeys.
