Is there any No Rain, Clear Sky Weather Mod?

Hi,

 

Is there any way to disable rain and have a crystal clear shiny sky by using Skyrim's .ini files?

Are there any environmental mod for that?

I noticed a mod named Summer Skyrim. It was about flowers, etc... There was still raining.

 

If you can help me any way, I'll really appreciate.

It has an Always Clear Weather alternative.

 

I used it myself for a couple of years. Not got it installed at the present time for some reason. Still doesn't rain in my game but it does get cloudy and overcast. I use SCO Summer Edition and maybe I did something with my ENB preset to replace ACW.

Yes and no. It was taken down from the author's site years ago but there was a copy on a google drive or mega link somewhere. I have a mooch around my PC to see if I still have it.

 

If you have a look at my blog you will get an idea of how it looks in the various holds around Skyrim.
