Animation weirdness - what is causing this pulse?

Game: SSE, on PC, using Mod Organizer 2.

Here's a quick question for animation experts. I have an old kiss animation I ported from Skyrim LE for myself.  It's a simple mod: select dialogue option, paired kiss animation plays.

It's been through Cathedral Optimizer and fully OK with SE.

When it runs, the whole game slows, grass vanishes, clouds disappear....and then these reappear as the game returns to normal. Only to do it again. And again. In pulses.

the animation is closed by hitting the activate key and everything returns to normal.  It only happens with this one particular animation.

I've never experienced this before. My guess is the animation has some kind of memory fault and loads Skyrim cache up until it empties and the process starts again.

I'm curious to know if people have experienced this, and how an animation like this can be fixed (if it can).

Thank you!

Substitute instead of animation files with a kiss, another (with which nothing was done and it works ) animation and check - find out if it's animation or scripts.

Nice idea. Thanks!

I'd swear my Skyrim does that about twice (maybe three times) just before it starts a sex scene, along with the multiple teleports and etc of 'alignment' or whatever .  Then the two/more pare superimposed for maybe another second or two, then they get moved into the first position and the animation starts.

I've no idea if that helps you or not.

I found this pulsing happened with some other animations, just on starting up though.

@qalavix, thanks. Yes I get the teleports and everything but that's just Sexlab firing its animations up.

For the record, Elephant Latency test shows my average running at 79-80. Which is pretty much normal and  remained unchanged during the pulsing process. So script thrashing does not appear to be the cause of the issue.
