The Duo Live-In Retail Store Lot

This lovely lot was created By IJROU on The Sims 4 Exchange.
I added much to it in order to accommodate a live-in family, added retail for sale items, and made the lot much bigger and changed it's layout.
If possible, let your sims own & live on this nice retail store lot! I say if possible because I recently learned of a bug with retail lots that's been around for years!
The issue is with the mannequins. When the mannquins have nothing on them, the lots can be place fine without any problems, however for me, after dressing the mannequins it worked fine until I decided to move my sims out of the lot and when trying to place this lot again, it failed and crashed to my desktop. I really like what I've done with this lot and wanted to keep it in my game. Unfortunately, I didn't save a version without the dressed mannequins after the renovations. So if any of you guys would like to try it out in your game and see if you can place it, I would appreciate the feedback! Results for some could be different. Don't worry about the crash if it occurs, it won't cause any permanent problems. It just happens when I place this lot. This is a very nice retail lot and can also be used as a club or restaurant. As far as your crash goes, did you try both methods of placing the lot? 1st method being to place the lot in "edit/manage world" screen, while the 2nd method involves entering the individual lot itself then importing from the library. I've found the 2nd method effective when getting crashes while trying to place a lot via the "edit/manage world." With the 2nd method, you should be able to remove the offending objects, as well, before backing out to the "edit/manage world" screen to move in your household.

Yes, I've tried it using both methods and it still crashes to the desktop.
I use the 2nd method by default, yet haven't found a way to remove the objects that are causing the crash since it crashes while attempting to place the lot.
I see some have downloaded this lot. Hopefully I can eventually receive some useful feedback from someone who has tried to place it in their game.

The creator Ravasheen has created a tool for dealing with the mannequin bug, never used it but it might be worth a try. Link to the tool is in the description.
