Needing Oblivion Outfit Partitions Help (Outfit Studio Conversion)

Recently I was experimenting with converting an outfit to another body type in Outfit Studio, I've never done it before but I got really close from what I saw.
I was attempting to convert a Speedbuster outfit to BBB Manga and when I loaded it, there was a little bit of clipping and the lower body was missing, other than that
it actually seemed to be working. When I reloaded the .nif in OutfitStudio I investigated the outfit and realized it must be the partitions. But whenever I load a different outfit and check the partitions I get different idea as to what I even think a partition is.

Any help would be appreciated
