You posted in the Fallout 4 section so I assume that's what you're looking for help with.

 

There are some excellent pinned guides here on LL that are pinned in the top of the forums, check those out.  Especially the one about setting up AAF.

 

For general modding knowledge, youtube videos by Gopher and GamerPoets are really well done.
