How do i make all females in the Sims futa apart from my own player Sim please?

Hi 

 

I am having a hard time making all females futa in my sims4. The game wont let me via CAS change if they have a vagina or penis like it used to as it now says i cant edit a pre existing sim.

 

And i cant find the right setting in Wicked Whims or ar sexual menu to change a females gender to futa or give them a penis.

 

Is there a easy way to do this please?

For Sims already in your game, you need to bring up the console (Ctrl+Shift+C) and enter cas.fulleditmode (or enable it through MCCC, if you use it) in order to change stuff like body shape and gender settings.

 

Alternatively, if you have Nisa's Wicked Perversions, there's a debug interaction to give a Sim a penis (or remove it) that comes with the mod. Shift-click on the Sim you want to change and look for either "Perversions" or "WP Extras" (can't remember if it still uses the old name or has been renamed to match the new layout in other menus).
