Crafting Menu Issue

Hi there.
I come to you with a problem.

For some reason I cannot click what I want to craft in crafting menus. I will press my mouse key over a selected item that I have the materials to craft and I will hear a noise, but nothing will happen. However if I press the keybind (A in this case) I do get a prompt to pick how many I want to craft and then it allows me to.

How can I fix this so I can use my mouse to craft things again?
