Can't find modded household in "my library"

Hello, I downloaded a modded household. I have searched up that I first have to check the "custom contet" box (which I have done), but I still can't find it. I belive it have something to do woth where I have put each file, so if someone could tell me where to put the HHI, Householdbinary, SGI etc. files then tht might solve the problem.

 

ps. I'm new to this kinda stuff so bear with me for not knowing such simple stuff

HHI-SGI-Trayitem and Householdbinary files go in the TRAY folder not the mods folder....any cc that comes with the sim goes in the mods folder.

Thanks for the help. I still can't find the premade sims in "my library", but I appriciate your help.

I think you downloaded that household which requires latest game version, so you should update your game to see it in your library or I might be wrong just check the details ( requirements ) of that item.

when you are in the library, did you check the "include custom content" box? (or whatever it says)

Did you try typing the name in the search box ?

Sorry for the late reply. Found out that my game needed to be updated. So thank you "CrossStriker" for the answer and thank you "procian" for the help with sorting files. And to answer your question "thaclone" read my initial comment.
