Everytime I try to get SLS SE to work, it doesn't. If it isn't CTDs when booting the game, it's consistent whining about an 'outdated Papyrus Util' which is at its most recent release. Anyone able to do a step-by step video or tutorial dumbed down enough as-if you were explaining it to a 5 year old? Because the tutorial it gives is very.. Lackluster in the explaining department.

Grab this for your Skyrim version:

and overwrite everything with it. Don't let any other mod overwrite it.

I used the link above to get the right Papyrus version (SE for me) and it worked, when none of the ones from Nexus worked. I don't understand why, but as long as it works...

The setting to gain bikini xp is not functioning at all. Is there something you are supposed to do to activate. I have built the bikini lists but when i wear the armour i never gain xp

Bikini's need the keyword "_SLS_BikiniArmor" for Survival to know what is and isn't a bikini. There's a guide here by Monoman1 the creator of Survival on how to add your own keywords to armors, but if you're using a popular armor mod someone has probably already done the leg work like here:

 

There's also a button or something in the bikini section of the Survival MCM where you can check if what you're wearing qualifies(has the keyword), it'll list all the pieces you're wearing and if they qualify or not.

 

One final thing if you've already done all of of that is maybe it's the heels, most of the bikini armor mods don't come with heels that are high enough so you'll either have to change the heel setting or wear different heels.
