Sex Fiend Posted January 13, 2022 Posted January 13, 2022 Is that possible when using a preset? There are presets I want to try for the Triss custom race mod, without changing Triss's face.
Gyrro Posted January 13, 2022 Posted January 13, 2022 Presets as in, RaceMenu presets? Then, no, I don't believe there's a method. I could be wrong, but as far as I know I don't believe so.
anjenthedog Posted January 13, 2022 Posted January 13, 2022 At a guess, although you might run into texture mismatches, you could probably surgically remove the head portion of the replacer. Not that I'm going to do the experiment for you but you could install the desired Triss replacer track down the active folder for the replacer create backup folders in the meshes and textures subfolders move the associated head parts into each backup folder respectively. (this should effectively remove them from the codeflow) run the game. Theoretically, this should leave you with the body but not the face. Worst case, it leaves you headless or you get one of those big red triangles or something, in which case exit game move files back into place delete "backup" folders added previously uninstall Triss replacer figure out something else You could also download the replacer to an archive folder, open it and "steal" the body assets, then manually place them into your associated Triss body folders, again, using the backup folder approach to save the original stuff before literally overwriting them so if anything goes wonky you can revert painlessly
donnerwetter Posted January 13, 2022 Posted January 13, 2022 Couldn't you just use the head exporting function, load the preset you want to try out and then import the head you exported?
