Do we have anything like this: NPC rapes NPC

I can type, "~remove all items" on a character and she is suddenly nude...but oblivious to her new state. Further everyone else is oblivious as well. The only mods affected by nudity are ones that react to the player.

what I want is two fold.

1) If I can make all the barmaids naked in the tavern the arousal level for everyone goes up (making it dangerous even for a fully clothed PC).

2) Even if there is just one nude barmaid a male NPC will rape her.

 

I do not program at all. Is this easy or difficult to do?

Dress Up Lovers is great to do that.
