I think there is a mod called Another Kick in the Head. and it also has a Sexout-addon for it.

Another Kick in the Head (+Sexout) is a mod in which you start to dream after being killed and then wake up a bit later.

Surprised what noone had mentioned "Unethical Deeds" (and it's predescessor "Sexout Submit"). Both are quite old and aren't 100% bugfree, but imho quite near to requested theme. They are better than plain rapemods because there's options to "auto-defeat" by health level, so enemies don't have to be near victim - it's important for FNV as shooter game; also this mods try to pacify all nearby enemies so entire group would [temporary] switch from killing to sex.
