Can't use ''locrot'

Hiya, I'm new to animating so I've been following turbo's tutorial on tumblr. I'm at the part where I have to set keyframes, but when pressing 'i' I don't get the popup to select 'locrot'. Any reason why that could be?

You don't need to do any of those things. You can add automatic keying directly. 

 

On the timeline editor type :
