Did you ever get a response or work around? I have an archival zip with it, parts 1, 2 and 3 but they're huge. Don't normally post so I'm not sure on the limit for linking zips. That said, not sure what to do if the mod-author rather it stayed disappeared for the time being. Gotta respect the wishes and all.
