Obscure bug(?): charater looks around on it's own

I have encountered this bug today on a modded playtrough, and i have no idea of what could cause this.
And the worst part is, even if i disable all mods (i'm using MO), the bug remains on the save file.

This is what happens: the character looks around, messing up even the arms positions in 1st person.

ScreenShot4.bmp (the arms can get misaligned, instead of staying on the edges of the screen, i guess because arms and head aren't aligned, like shown in the first picture?)
Also, the character changes direction randomly (maybe), looking left, up down... changing view from 1st to 3rd or the opposite has no effect. Moving around also has no effect, exept maybe changing look direction.
And when it stops happening, after a combination of moving, entering combat, attacking, it happens again a few seconds later.

The main culprits are Enchanged Camera and Immersive 1st Person mods, i tried these and didn't like them, so i ended up disabling them (in MO). Then i deleted their files, and then i tried loading the same save WITHOUT ANY MODS, and it was still happening. Is the save corrupted? But how? From a camera mod? Was it another mod?

Another culprit might be SexLab Parasites - Kyne's Blessing, because it wasn't working as intended (i'm trying to undestand why, here are my issues with said mod), and honestly, a long time ago broke a save because an item became unequippable even trought the debug menu. But then again, why would such a mod create camera(?) related problems?

Right know i'm playing on an older save, yay, where there it seems that there are no issues, and i'll disable Parasites for safety, but i'd just love to know wtf just happened, this really bothers me, especially if it were to happen again.

I think the problem is, that you removed the mods mid-playthrough, it's generally not a good idea to do that as it can cause many problems such as this.

Some things get baked into the save so even if the mod is no longer installed these things will still get into the game via the save. Some can be removed using a save cleaner such as Fallrim Tools.

 

Some mods have the option in an MCM to turn it off then save the game before actually uninstalling the mod. Most don't.

 

Your basic trouble shooting options are to either rollback to a save from before you made the changes or start a new game to see if the problem is still there.

Yeah, no problem in a new game, and i'll probably continue from the old save (i't just 1 full dungeon behind). If it happens again i'll look into those tools you said, and i'll always leave a backup save if i ever wanna add or remove mods, hoping that the problems don't arise after lots of progress.

I don't know if there is a command for resetting the focus of your character's head but you can look for it. But those camera mods you mentioned are problematic in general since they have a relatively unclean way of achieving their goals, that comes with compatibility issues. I'd have a look at Improved Camera instead, which is a very simple first person camera mod that only consists of an SKSE plugin and shouldn't leave any traces in your savefile.

I think "SetAnimGraphVar IsNPC 0" on the player should work.

@Inception I'll look it up, but even those mods i tried only had SKSE plugins. At the end of the day, i prefer having a stable game rather than a minor detail.
