CBBE and SOS messed up

Alright, so I'm pretty new to modding, only got Skyrim SE on PC a few months ago so I don't know too much about modding.

I recently switched from MO2 to Vortex when AE came out because of FNIS issues, and have been trying to fix up my load order best I can for a while. However there were some issues with adult centered mods. I've narrowed everything down to 2 issues. (Note that I've downgraded my game back to SE, so everything is SE. Sorry if I'm making this too long btw.)

SOS issue:

So when i first switched to Vortex from MO2 my SOS was seemingly fine, except that a brown, probably vanilla underwear texture was present while the SOS dick was still there. I should've taken a picture of it, but I didn't so I hope the description matches. I then tried to reinstall SOS where vortex told me something along the lines that "files outside vortex have been altered by this mod", and therefore deleting it would remove those files. I don't really remember but my dumbass deleted it and reinstalled it anyway. Now SOS simply doesn't work when I install it, and I have no clue why /:

I've tried reinstalling it multiple times, but it would say that SOS.esm and some other files are missing, which probably means I should have listened to what Vortex said in that popup. I would appreciate if any of you knows how to fix it.

CBBE issue:

Ever since I started using Vortex Cbbe has looked like this:

It would seem like the Vanilla textures are overwriting CBBE in some capacity, as there is the hip issue I've seen other people have, and then theres the nipples and coochie that simply aren't there. I have fair skin complexion, I've reinstalled fair skin complexion, XMPSE and CBBE but nothing seems to fix this issue. I've read that someone fixed this by resetting skyrim to a fresh install or something, which I'd like to try to avoid ?

Thank you for coming to my TED talk

only got Skyrim SE

For that alone you had to go here   Technical Support - Skyrim: Special Edition

That does not become a habit

1) Inappropriate textures. If you are using CBBE, you will need to use CBBE textures , or in any case that support it

2) Download and install CBBE textures, possibly in 4K . There are several packages out there. On Nexus you will find several .

3) End of the problem ?
