Here are the LooksMenu and Bodyslide presets for my Fallout 4 characters Caroline and Kimberly.

 

You'll need LooksMenu from here if you want to use their heads only:  https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/12631.

 

I use CBBE for their bodies:  https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/15   

 

You'll also need Bodyslide:  https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/25.

 

I use FSM Body Textures Extreme but you can use any texture you wish.
