I searched for it earlier this month and was very disappointed. Those zoomed-in and cropped pics are very deceptive. The modder made Aerith look bulimic/anorexic, complete with a concave ass and fucked-up looking genitals. You can find old links to it on the OpenFF7R discord since the original creator removed it from nexus.

The Mod I was talking about and need to pay on youtube was the Micro bikini for Tifa.

I cant get thiccfa to work
dress version loads, but has base body and adjusting is not doing anything
default version does not load, or at least shows the "Warning: Unrecognized entry: preset = inscene" and is not letting me adjust as well

edit: although short hair is not working either
i have 3dm and ff7 hooks latest versions and launched in dx11 mode through steam

I shared this screenshot from my game on the thread for Rebirth, the modder said they ll port it to rebirth once they ll be able to.
This mod was already shared here, that's where i heard about it and got it.
Here the link to X where you can find a link to the patreon that hold this mod and other mods from same creator. If you want it for free check on kemono.
Version i used in the screen is the WIP version, i don't believe there is a finished version.
