Start with deleting your duplicate files first.

Open the log file and scroll down to find this entry...

Possible Duplicated Mod Files (135):

 

It has a list of all your duplicates so you can find them and delete.

Usually caused from not using named folders for each CC category like Makeup, Hairstyles, Clothes, Shoes, etc.

 

Noticed you also have a couple of duplicate script mods and that's even worse than duplicate CC.

The error message you've included in your title usually means your WickedWhims is outdated.
