How does the censoring feature work? I wonder if that could be exploited to somehow display something like the graphic shown instead, either as a direct overlay on the body or like it is in the example.

Maybe for ghosts. But then the animations would have to be different for pregnant and not-pregnant female sims, because of the cervical plug in pregnancy. There's no way WW could tell the difference. It can't even tell a modder what animations were played.

 

Edit: Then again, I don't think female ghosts can get pregnant, now that I think about it. It's only living female sims impregnated by ghosts where you get a ghost baby.
