TAWOBA Remastered, bandit problem

Hi, so im having problem with TAWOBA Remastered, where the bikini armor gets equipped on male bandits, resulting them being dickless.

 

Is there any way of solving it? or should i just switch to TAWOBA Extended, i am using 3BA body, remastered works well except this one problem

I use TAWOBA Remastered and have never had this problem.  Do you have any mods overwriting it in your mod order?

 

Or any other mods that change how bandits spawn armor?

No i've got no other armor mods that would change the bandits, the bandits that spawn with normal armor are fine, but the ones that spawn with bikini armor are messed up, in terms of load order, im using vortex, so it automatically sorts it out, i'll try to play with it and see if changing  the load order will fix it

actually, I thought about it more and I was at least partly wrong.  I have had male bandits get bikini armor equipped on them though the visual is of normal armor.  I've noticed it when I have looted them.

Yeah the visual appearance is of normal armor, but when i strip them, they got no schlong, there were couple people on the mod page saying the same thing, if the bikini armor wouldn't get applied to male bandits, it wouldn't be a problem, right now the workaround for me is just to disable the leveled list so it doesn't appear on anybody.

Did  you manage to fix this? I got the same issue.

No i haven't, although it does not happen as much nowadays, but i have a theory that its due to vortex, i've been modding FO4 recently, and i had tons of problems with vortex, but as soon as i switched to MO2, everything was fine.

 

I've got 300 mods installed, i do not fancy re installing everything on MO2

The leveled list itself is not well made.

It is optional however.

It has other issues such as Thalmor Males not having any armor on although they have bikini armor in inventory they wear nothing on chest slot.

Only fix would be to actually correct the level list esp.

The author did update it but some of the issues are still there.

Assuming you have "TAWOBA REMASTERED 6.1 CBBE SE", I have nothing in my notes about this putting bikini armor on males, nor have I ever found bikini armor in *anyones* inventory. So my guess would be that you have some automated mod which distributes armor to NPCs and this is not an issue with TAWOBA at all.

 

Also checked the plugin in my current load order, and there's no leveled lists, no outfits and no actor edits. As far as I can tell, the version I have of this mod is incapable of distributing its armors to NPCs.

Yeah... If you ve read the older post about that, the problem come from the leveled list itself... What the point of coming to a post like this one,, Reading the last post, and answering in a passiv agressiv way like this? Seriously....

Ah well that's unfortunate. The next step would have been to disable that mod, isolate the problem. Once confirmed its the source of the problem I would have requested the plugin and tried to fix it. Guess that's not happening now.

Sorry to reboot this thread but I have the same problem, and unfortunately I have to agree, the level list integration is pretty bad/useless so I've gone back to disabling it

 

There is currently a "Fur" bikini armor mod currently being worked on however i've had to disable that due to the items becoming invisible when dropped 🙄

 

I'm suprised there isnt any patches that fixes this issue, theres even a mod that helps limit equipping items...

Here you go. Things you'll have to do yourself:

1. Merge any patches such as USSEP.
2. Merge changes from NPC replacers, otherwise you'll have dark faces.
3. Testing.

I basically made a script that went through the existing outfit lists, and changed the outfits on all female NPCs in these lists. Should work, but I haven't tested it. If changes don't appear immediately, then travel to an area where you haven't been yet. You may also be able to refresh the outfits with the refreshinventory console command, but then you'll have to go through each bandit by hand in-game.

What I do for USSEP merging:

1. Start xEdit, don't change your load order.
2. Select the USSEP esp.
3. Go through its records one by one.
4. Transfer over the changes it makes, to mods that are loaded later and undo its changes; unless the mod *needs* to undo the changes. This you will have to test/determine yourself.

Merging changes from NPC replacers is a very similar work process:

1. Start xEdit, don't change your load order.
2. Select my edited TAWOBA esp.
3. Go through all NPC records in this plugin and transfer over changes made by other mods. Specifically for the dark face bug, you need to transfer all values that went into generating the facegen mesh and texture. That includes things like tintmask, skin color, eyebrows, beard, ...

Or you can ignore all that, and test your luck. Fix NPCs with dark faces when (if) they appear.

@no_way Use SPID for distribution, forget leveled lists. There are at least two mods on Nexus that do that, use whichever strikes your fancy:
