unplayable lag in dungeons only

I recently reinstalled skyrim and my mods, made sure to update them, run fnis, ect. Its been so long i forgot how to make a proper load order so i let vortex do it for me, made all the rules and exceptions, ect. The game runs fine outside and in houses and buildings, but the minute i load into a dungeon map (like bleak falls barrow, ect) i get unplayable lag and i'm not sure what's causing it, i tried disabling my mods and uninstalling them, which fixed some of the lag, but then the draugr end up t-posing and i get some other weird glitches. 

here's my load order, if something is wrong with it is there a way to adjust it in vortex or am i just better off learning to do it the old fashioned way again?

I only know the problem from MNC. There are some nifs of skeletons and draugr corrupt (unlinked bones). Perhaps you had it installed before and not completely uninstalled it. Deactivating esp / esm is not enough as it is a nif replacer.

Are we talking about old MNC or new MNC? Or is it both?

I should have mentioned my previous installation was on an old computer I no longer use so my old mods wouldn't have mattered. I'm not sure what could be causing it...
