hana120 Posted December 1, 2021 Posted December 1, 2021 Hello. I'm trying to change the body of my characters on UNP using Bodyslite. I do everything right, I choose the body then UNP HDT. Then, I check build morph then I do ctrl+left click. Same for the hands and feet. Then I put the CalienteTools folder where the body nifs are and in Mo2, I create a mod that I call body UNP HDT. But the problem is that once in play, the body is not applied. What exactly do I need to do to get the body to actually be applied? I have several body presets in Body. I even tried with a preset where the body has a huge chest but in game it's the same. It doesn't apply.
GremlinSleeperAgent Posted December 1, 2021 Posted December 1, 2021 Do you have racemenu? If you do, does it have the UNP Body tab? That should give you sliders to change it in game. Is there any phsyics/HDT/SMP at all? If not you might not have installed the framework. You should not need to create a mod folder in mo2 because UNP will make it's own if you install it correctly.
anjenthedog Posted December 1, 2021 Posted December 1, 2021 The only thing I can think of off the top of my head is make sure you have used a UNP-HDT qualified preset to go with that UNP HDT body. I've found that trying to use a preset designed for use with one physics package doesn't usually work well with another, even when there's version or variant overlap, it's only partial. And that 'partial' can makes things break On the off chance that you *might not be aware, For best results, makes sure that: CBBE body >> CBBE preset, CBBE-3BBB body >> CBBE-3BBB preset, CBBE-3BA body >> CBBE-3BA preset, BHUNP v2 body >>> BHUNP v2 preset, UUNP body >> UUNP preset, etc. etc I was going to suggest a path error might be at heart, but I re-read the post and decided you know about the pathing issues when the game and resources aren't in their default locations.
hana120 Posted December 1, 2021 Author Posted December 1, 2021 Yes, I have everything. I found out what was wrong. In fact, I was just clicking on Shift left-click on Build when in fact I should have done it on batch build and then chosen MO2's Overwrite as the location for the files. And create a mod by going to Overwrite in the manager. When I did that, it worked and the core changes in game took place.
anjenthedog Posted December 1, 2021 Posted December 1, 2021 Ah so it was an output path issue after all. glad you sorted things out
