For some reason that one got deleted from Nexus. Posted by Odinthewise, who also is no longer listed.  Special Edition only.

That page shows the original author as Hieroglyphics, who is also not listed on the Nexus.

It was deleted as the mod author Hieroglyphics removed all their mods and only post to another site google is your friend search the name plus skyrim I gave you. Also of note their mods cannot be posted any place other than where they wish....that Includes here.
