REQUEST: A mod similar to the mod "underpants" by perselene, but with more options

It would be great if there was a mod similar to "Underpants" by perselene, but different enough that it could be improved upon.  I think as long as you use code that is all written by you personally you won't get in trouble with the author if it has a similar idea but also additional things in the mod that make it different.  Or someone could ask them if it would be alright to make a similar mod "I'm not sure how this kind of thing works exactly"  perselene refuses to work on that mod any further ?.  I like the idea of giving npcs underwear or an outfit when their chest piece becomes empty for whatever reason that you can pick or edit through an mcm menu.  In that other mod it only happens when npcs are pick pocketed or looted after death.  It would be nice if there was a similar mod that gave an npc stuff to wear for the chest or underwear slot anytime the chest became empty for whatever reason.  There are some cool mods out there that strip enemies of their armor/clothing in combat .  This kind of improved mod would go well with that.  The mod is here:

you mean something like the nevernude body replacers? that already exists.

Thank you for the information.  I would use the "CBBE NeverNude Replacer 0_7" from the Nexus, but that one doesn't allow you to choose different underwear pieces "from any underwear mod you have installed" while your in the game, to add to npcs anytime their chest piece becomes empty.  Also it doesn't let you choose a percentage chance for each underwear piece to equip on an npc through an mcm menu when they become naked.  Thank you for the quick feedback though ?.  Was just putting out a request for a future mod if anyone had free time and was interested ?.  Take care man.

I recon, what is being looked for is for the character to still have the nude body (CBBE, SOS etc). However have a mod like UnderPants apply a set of undergarments (underwear) to the humanoid actor, after top layers have been removed. Then when the underwear has been removed, leave just the nude body.

 

More options would likely be the capacity to import/export items and settings possibly as a json file.

Seconded! I'm very much into the idea of being able to pickpocket the underwear off of people, as like a trophy. It also would give me a reason to practice pickpocketing more.
Some variety would be much appreciated for sure.

My favorite mods for underwear are Amk Border Lace Lingerie Ruhmastered UUNP by Ruhadre, Caliente's Beautiful Bodies Edition -CBBE by Caliente, and Craftable Panties Bras and Stockings for CBBEv3M by gotha83.  All three are from the Skyrim Nexus".

I agree. It will be nice to hace a similar mod or maybe this mod in Special Edition.
