Could anyone help me work out how to give all the female NPC's shlongs please?

I was hoping someone could help me please.

 

I want to be able to simple make all NPC females friendly and nonfriendly have a cock, basically making them all Futa/shemale but NOT me the player. i wish to stay female. 

 

I was hoping there might be a mod that i simply install and it then makes every female have a usable cock like the males have that work in animations. I have tried a few and after installing them i never see anything showing and the NPC females are air humping me with no dick

 

If the right mod to do this also has a FOMOD could someone let me know what i tick or dont tick in that FOMOD to make what i am hoping for happen? I thought it would be easy ti find but i am stuck

you will need unique player redux mod, build player body simply, then build base female body with penis from my mod for strapons

So its not going to be as easy as Skyrim was. This sounds so complicated. I just hoped there was a mod that would simply just add dicks to npc females.

I'm wondering the same thing. I've been attempt to navigate the website for information that would work, however its difficult with the search engine the site uses and any thread that is useful is very difficult to navigate what is a built NPC. 

 

I'm hoping someone can post the mod OR post a list of mods that they use to achieve this. I'm also hoping for a mod that makes things look better as-well (armor mod, skin mod, animation mod, etc..) If you don't have a list but might be able to aid me in how to find/search that would be great.
