Can't find option to stop my character covering her boobs and vagina when nude

Hi! I heard that cursed loot is responsible but I can't find the option anywhere in the mcm menu , what category is it?

If you're using Dynamic Animation Replacer and using EVG Conditional Idles then that may be the culprit. 

 

If that's the case you could probably just delete that specific animation file.

One of the idle choices in Sexy idle Animation can do this if I recall correctly.

 

If you don't have that mod then disregard.

Also SL defeat had this option I believe in its MCM if by chance you use that mod.

Cursed Loot --> Miscellaneous Options --> Allow Cover Animation

And also if you have SexLab Sexual Fame --> Base Settings --> Shame Effect

I do have that but it was cursed loot after all
