NOTE: DO NOT START A NEW GAME WITH THIS MOD ENABLED. Enable it after you exit v111. I will try to fix this in an update. [Fixed I think. I haven't had issues so It seems so]

Future upgrades - Transform other smaller locations into Freckle Bitches.

 

NEW VOICED UPDATES: Adds Voiced NPCs. (Not Player dialogue). You may or may not be able to hear them over the Mix. Turn off the speakers in freckle bitches.

 

Also adds a "Hard Marketing tool" USE AT YOUR OWN RISK - this can break NPCS. it makes them patrons (they use the default Regulars dialogue but its unvoiced because I can't cover all voice types in the game for a minor gimmick). Craft at chem station.

 

Voices are made from my Speechify Studio Pro account which I have full license to use well beyond the scope of this free mod. 

 

Make sure the version you are using says "VOICED" update.

How does one turn down the volume of the music? Also the music bleeds over far outside of the diner? Is there someway to turn the music off such as a radio station is turned off?

You can turn off the Music by turning off the radio in the diner. I plan on updating a few things in this mod but it will be after the new year.

 

Is anyone having issues with the Delivery pre-purchase Items not showing up for purchase?

Not sure why, but the billboards around Sanctuary and Red Rocket seem to override Scrap Everything and makes it impossible to clear debris in certain areas. The moment I disabled this, Scrap Everything went back to working normally.

you shouldn't be able to scrap the billboards themselves. I use scrap everything and haven't had issues.

 

I'll have to pay closer attention. The billboards are not specifically in sanctuary or red rocket and are out of the crafting zone. 

 

IDK. Ill have to check again but i was scrapping the shit out of sanctuary last night. Didn't check red rocket.
