More nasty critters crash with Enderal se

so i got MNC and hentaicreatures installed but if i enable Creatureframework it just crashes and vice versa.

so as i understand it. Its MNC thats the issue and in order to get that working i need to get enderal dlc placeholder? sorry but im lost there dunno what thats supposed to mean.
