Spank mod that doesn't require SL or SLA/R/X

I'm currently doing a playthrough on a profile with just OSA/Osex, no SexLabs. Is there a mod that allows you to spank NPC's, much like STA does with it's "slap others" power? I'm really missing this feature. So many great NPC asses and no way to spank them.

Looks promising but is there anything that adds a minor power instead of an invisible weapon?
