But did you run FNIS?

Found in your skyrim data folder in tools, that for users

I did but I keeps showing errors when I do, do I need more mods or should I go back and try again?

Make certain, since you are using Vortex, that it is loaded into it properly. You can not just load FNIS like another mod and expect it to work There are good videos on Nexus showing how to properly install FNIS in Vortex. Check that out.

Or am I supposed to run the one in the game file's? And the mod one?

No you just run it from your game file, at least so do i with Vortex. If it shows you warnings read them, fnis shouldn't have any warnings when you have everything right, either you have it installed wrong or you are using mods not for your game version. Do as psalam told you, if you can't make anything out of it show us your FNIS Log

Then install sexlab aroused or one of its successor who will have the same name in the esp, for example simply sexlab aroused redux.

Every warning FNIS gives you is to take literally. Did you do much reading before installing mods? If tho maybe the guides you where reading are too old so i will link some good ones for you to read, they will tell you everything you need to know to begin. As you postet in the LE Section, the first Guide will be LE, the other 2 i know of are for SSE, don't think you need to read through them but i just link them for good measure

Two you might not need as i said
