Moved to Skyrim section.

Usually it is better if you ask for help in the section of the mod directly.

Hi,

You're using the wrong version of Sexlab for your version of Skyrim.  What you have installed there is Sexlab for Legendary Edition Skyrim.  What you need is Sexlab for Special Edition Skyrim.  Uninstall that Sexlab, and install the correct Sexlab for Special Edition

Please check this guide for detailed instructions on how to get adult mods and other things up and running under Special Edition, it's a PDF in the download on this page: https://www.loverslab.com/topic/136543-v113-mod-organizer-2-other-tools-from-zero-to-hey-sexlab-is-working/?ct=1635567840

A crash at the headsman might indicate a problem with dismemberment mod.

If you haven't already, seriously, check that guide I linked.  Start small.  Get your basic load order working, start with like 15 or 20 mods max.  Test it for a few minutes.  Use the "Alternate Start" mod to skip the opening sequence so you don't have to sit through that while you are testing mods.

Every time you test, you may want to delete your save files first (but back up any you want to keep).  This is because things can get "baked in" to the save file.  So if you have a weird problem mod and end up disabling it, it could impact future testing if you use the same save file after disabling that mod.  Always try to refrain from adding or removing mods in the middle of a play-through unless you get to a point where you are confident with doing that.  Sometimes it's ok, sometimes it's not.

Be sure to read ALL of the descriptions on every mod you install, and try to read some of the comments if you can, because that's where you'll find things about compatibility with other mods, etc.  Sorting mods with Vortex uses LOOT, which is generally helpful, but the sorting feature isn't perfect.  You'll also need those mod descriptions and posts to figure out where to place certain mods, usually it's the adult mods that sorting doesn't get right.

As you've found out, make sure you are using the correct mod for your version of the game.  If you use google to find a mod, and it takes you to a nexus page, make sure the top heading is showing Skyrim: Special Edition.  For the adult mods here, there's a section on the right hand side that generally tells you if something is compatible, or the mod title will have SE / SSE in it's name.

You'll need to learn more about your mod manager.  Try and check out a video or two.  Vortex should have a feature that shows you file conflicts.  This will also help you figure out whether 1 mod should be loaded as a higher priority.  Mods with higher priority "win" the file conflict and both mods may be fine to use together depending on what the conflict was.

It can get a little complicated at times.  For the Loverslab mods, each mod has a "get support" button which has a thread with information and you can also ask for help there if you are having a specific problem with the mod.  There's also a Follow button if you want to get regular updates to see what people are posting about a particular mod.

Cheers
