How to make g1m tools work for this game's g1m.

1. Follow parapara's guide on editing the hex file. FM1G5300 -> FM1G9200, then you can export and import new meshes. Make sure you have a copy of the original file, you will need it later.

2. After you import new meshes, you'll need to edit the header back, FM1G9200 -> FM1G5300. Also, the g1m tool may delete some 00 bytes, you will need to add the 00s back until the "SM1G2300" thing is pushed back to its original position(usually 1b0).

3. Then you can use tiammuxia's tool to pack your g1m and g1t back to gmpk.

It should work, I tried with some dummy mesh replacement (edited a few vertices and import it back). But I'm a noob for blender, so I haven't been able to make a mod yet.

You can view and extract using Joschuka's old g1m script, I was asking him for re-add KSLT support to his new plugin project but it doesnt matter I guess, since old version of the script still work fine.

4) Import the mesh (both id and vd) you want to edit with the blender.

5) Removed the swimsuit T-shirt.

7) Place the MOD with 3DMigoto.

* The texture of the image is extracted with 3DMigoto.

I touched the blender properly for a day and understood a little ...

It has become possible to make a swimsuit butt line and make a nipple protrusion.
(Although the workmanship is amateur;)

If there is a visible seam, that means that there is a cut for the UV map , normally a game artist hides them at places you wouldn't notice them, for example under clothes or at the sides, or under the arms. ; Nowadays because graphics improved, higher quality textures make those seams nearly invisible without artist having to worry too much about hiding them, but in this case, I would check the UV map and look if there is a cut right at the place where you see the seam. But sadly if you don't want to redo the UV map and the textures, there is really not that much you can do.

Thanks dude! This plugin can open all textures inside KSLT files and it is possible to export. Can't re-import, I'll try to export, edit and import back with hex editor. It would be very handy if the plugin had the option to import.

Yeah, i also figured this out, but my mod just make this seam so obvious. and technically this shouldnt happen because the UV is on exact location as before editting.

Actually U just observe the .DDS file and u'll discover that the .DDS only shows a half body...So it may probably cause the problem.
