OK, well CK2 mods are very simple to install.  Just download the files, and extract the mods to the folder:

C:\Users\"User Name"\Documents\Paradox Interactive\Crusader Kings II\mod

Do not put them into the steam install folder, even though there is a mod folder there.

In the game's mod folder you'll need to have the "modname.mod" file and a folder called "modname" for each mod you install.

Run the game, and there'll be a tab in the launcher that shows the DLC you can activate and another tab for mods.  Activate the mods there.  For the mods posted here there generally won;t be load order issues AFAIK, though some might add the same type of thing repeatedly (not sure recently, but you used to be able to get two brothels in castles from different mods, both basically the same.)  If you start adding in other mods, especially total conversion mods (making the game into a Game of Thrones version, for example) may not work.

Note that adding, removing, or (sometimes) updating mods will almost always break your saves, and there's no real way to clean a save.  So be ready to start a new game whenever you change your mods.
