Not true. As a Chinese person I really don't get why ppl keep saying these things. https://bbs.3dmgame.com/ is the official modding forum inside China. There are a lot of encrypted nude (and naughty) mods on there. Of course you cannot show any images directly cuz you ll get banned. Even if you do get banned that's it. nobody really cares. I would say the whole attitude towards video games is pretty relaxed and nonchalant, at least compared to the united states, where you get cancelled and banned left and right non-stop. 6
