Finding japanese voice mod

Im looking for the voice mod that changes paarthurnax's voice to the one in this video. Afaik its not on any english speaking sites (naturally), so im wondering if anyone here is familiar with it and can lead me to a download link. Thanks

I found a few videos on this site. Seem like there are replacers for other dragons too ( like the undead dragon in soul carn)

Unfortunately, I believe this is made in China.
I am Japanese, but the Japanese in this video does not convey the meaning as well as my English with a Japanese accent.
From the pronunciation and intonation, it is something like Japanese with a very strong Chinese accent.
It may be best to look for a Chinese site.
