Here ya go! Going to try a reload from scratch, see if that helps. That's what these are pics of. See the cabinet in the back, that's new too.

Hey, I like the bigger screen format, GREAT for pics! Is it just me, it is bigger, right?

Hmm - pics the same size for me!  Blaze is looking on form. No Azura star any more? Oh, I can just see it.

I just fixed Ostim which was generating a mess in the Papyrus Log.

Do you remember I said you can ignore most stuff in the Papyrus Log?  You can. But I can't ignore 439,000+ lines of one single stack from Ostim. Now that is what I mean about a problem showing up!

It was a "script instance" - not the original mod script, but a copy of it. So I took the plunge and deleted it. Next in game Ostim re-installed itself and everything worked out. The major stack vanished and all is back to normal. Phew.  I guess it must have bugged out when I originally installed it.

(I used Fallrim Tools Resaver to do that job).

I tried to get on LL last night, 10:30-ish, there was an update going on. Couldn't login, my screen is bigger. They removed the popup ads on the right side of the page, on mine. Made more room.

Wow, you could read that in the Paplog? 439,000+ of one stack, can I see?

I'll upload it.... hang on....

This is a sample. The main file was 400MB (a TEXT file!).  Most of the first part of this is a typical Papyrus Log.  About two-thirds of the way down you'll see the stack starting. Now, this went on for 400,000 lines beyond the end of this sample!!!  So yep - Houston we have a problem...

All sorted now.

I think I see it. Sleep_Spell_Alias_Script, is that it? Nope, that wasn't it. [Osexintergrationmainquest etc...

It has the word "stack" on the left side. Do I have it this time? Yep, I see it. U cured it,right?

This is good stuff to learn!!! I LIKE IT! Thnx.

Yes, it was the "Osexintergrationmainquest". it's a script that is in Ostim.  The rest of that sample file is typical Papyrus Log junk. Short stacks occur frequently and they are nothing to worry about. But 400,000+ lines of the same - lol! - definitely a problem!

I had no idea what it did, but when I looked in Resaver, I saw it was a "Script Instance", so it was a clone of the original mod script, and it was running a job. However, it seemed to have got stuck, probably in the save game where I installed OStim. Perhaps I saved and closed the game too swiftly. So it was stuck in this eternal loop trying to connect OStim with other mods.

I deleted the first 'instance' copy and when I next ran the game, Ostim flagged up and said it was installed. And the stack vanished.

Nice to get a problem like that sorted!!

Left to run, it would seriously slow the game and probably crash it at busy moments.

Resaver can really be a useful tool at times!

And thanks for the encouragement! It's learning for me, as well.

My turn. Tried van. start, no go. It didn't freeze up, but the wagon my PC was in fell behind the one in front, widened the gap between the 2. When the wagons got into Helgen, the wagon my PC was in tried to follow the lead horse thru a house, got stuck and stayed there, oh well.

Started in the Sleeping Giant, made it to Warrior's Rest (player home) and saved inside. I want to see if that works. And I met her...

Ya know, I don't know that for sure, but I think you're right. Very pretty! I didn't talk to her, I suspect I will see her again. At least I hope so. Blaze has a lot of shagging to do!

She has to be protected 1st though, Chastity belt, FAST! That's "Toy Story". Can't let her cherry get popped before she wants it, if you know what I mean? There is going to be a point where that happens, loses her virginity, but of MY\Blaze's choosing.

I'm in the middle of configuring the MCM now, in the Warrior's Rest. I'm testing the save ability inside the home. Would ReSaver aid me here at all?

Resaver can help. Use it to examine the save you make. If the Resaver screen shows no problems with the save, then that's good.

If it shows problems, then that give you a chance to see what might have gone wrong.  Let me know what it says and we can take it from there?

I'm on it, be back!

Ok, I've got the save game on my desktop via Fallrim Tools. I have my last save loaded. On the left side is a scroll down menu with folders and on the right is save game info with the pic. What should I be looking for to indicate any problems? Do you want a pic of it 1st? I'm not seeing any warnings or error's of any kind.

It would say - somewhere in the right panel - if there was a problem.

However, look on the Left Panel and just check there are no massive stacks in the list.

Can you be a little more specific about the massive stacks. I am seeing a folder with 103,387 next to it. Folder name is "Script Instances"? That's the largest # in the list.

Script Instances at 103,387 is pretty normal. Nothing to worry about - just the mods doing their stuff. (Mine is currently 144,906).

Have a look at Active Scripts. There should not be too many there but it can vary a lot.

Suspended Stacks 1 and 2 - if there are entries in those that might indicate something needs looking at.

That all looks perfect to me. You've got no problems there!

PUUURRRFECT! While I have you and ReSaver up (hah!) at the same time. What settings, if any should I set in the ReSaver toolbar?
