  You can use "COtR" mod and "High Poly Head" together because COtR uses a custom race and

  therefore does not affect vanilla races like High poly.

  requirement:

  COtR - HQ Characters creation addon for RM
  RaceCompatibility for Skyrim Special Edition
  RaceMenu
  KS Hairdos - HDT SMP (Physics) not really required but i save the preset with one of them
  
  Install with your mod manager or put the uncompressed files into data/skse/plugins/chargen/presets.
  In game, open Racemenu, choose "Norddz" race and load the preset (the name of the preset end with "COR")
  edit:  You can choose an another race like imperialdz or bretondz if you want, it also works!

curious. i have ECE i dont use racemenu. would these cotr presets still work? i wanted to give your alcina dimitrescu a try and use the recommended mod to make her into a follower but once again i cant switch over from ece or it would mess up my current pc so im seriously hoping these can work for ece. i downloaded alcina and tried that one but i dont see her as a playable race when i console command showracemenu

Racemenu is an hard requirement for the COtR mod. (the author doesn't add a version for ECE)

hey thx for the response, though my question is old now, this mod simply isn't worth switching over for. I had deleted it shortly after this post, I actually forgot i posted here. thanks for the response though.
