Looking for a Invisible body Armor mod that takes up slot 32

Open the NakedBody Armor in CK. Enter a new ID and name - important. Check Slot 32. In Keywords add keywords for armor and for material etc.

Under constructible objects you can create recipes for crafting and tempering for your new armor.

I have limited experience of CK, I've only selected followers from the "Data" menu, changed their voices, and essential status. 

 

What is the first thing I do when I open up CK?  Do I select something from the Data File, or go somewhere else?

No, just the Skyrim.esm. You can save your armor as a new esp afterwards.
Or you take this one. I just created it for you to take a few screenshots.
