Apparently without an English patch the mod communities are discouraged and waiting, for the moment I provide you with early access of the translation, both files in the zip are needed.

Edit: I found out that .sig is for signature, now the question is how to make it?

UrealPakTool can do it but I don't understand how to use it properly

Replacement of model data feels successful.

But you infer whether such phenomenon is occurring because relating of skeleton data and texture data comes off.

It's a speculation because one has not also done mod production, and there is also little knowledge.

Update, I managed to fix the textures by putting materials in the right place like in the original game files, but as you can see she still in T pose and there is shadow on the part I deleted.

I'm still missing something but what? I renamed and moved the skeleton in the right place like the game files so why it still not working?

By the way here is the structure I made in Unreal Engine if someone can tell me what is wrong or what I'm missing

Try asking on the discord provided earlier because they have other modders that can help you.

Posted the first release mod, with proper breast sizes for the girls and all of that. 
Included both panties only and full nude versions. 
Still haveto port the outfits over the casual ones tho. 

Mod will be free in 7 days as usual with my stuff.

I am also using another mod that make every girl's breast size larger, or rather, it seem to make them all the same of a certain size. So this isn't the effect of Zai_'s mod.

Any chance of some sexy outfits too that are semi transparent or just have some exposing angles?
