Seems like a simple enough idea but I've had a hard time finding one. Side note, why are there no dildo masturbation mods? There's so few of these and it's kind of unexpected.

Probably because the majority of modders are male. If there is no high demand, then nobody bothers to create that type of animation. Remember that mod and animation creators are doing work for free.
