I was wanting to make all females other than my female player, futa. Particularly bandits/enemies. What mods to i need to use to add a schlong to females but not to my own player please?

You can use unique player redux mod and build base female body with penis from mod you prefer

So for your model will be female and others will be futa

If you install the erf futa mod and give it a probability in SOS to females since there's no other addon for SOS for females it will stick a schlong in every female. Then what you need is to disable the straple in sexlab and you are done. Also set your animation gender in sexlab to female.
