Try to do a 'Screen Capture' (PrtScr next to F12) paste to your paint program and then save it as a file for upload.

 

This is just a basic way on most PC's today. Many games offer a way to save screenshots themselves, but that is up to the individual game.

The games often have a capture feature, or I will sometimes use the "snipping tool" on my laptop. Type it into your search box to find it, then put it on your task bar.

With a 800% zoom I think the game is FO4. (I can be wrong)
