Recruit Ulfr the Blind

Hi all. I am perplexed after multiple attempts at recruiting Ulfr the Blind. Ive tried Modding many AI and Factions. Ive tried the console commands. He seems impossible to recruit? I use AFT and AFT MCM. Help please.

Blind dude uses template If your starting a new game I would easily recommend you remove a few things used by the template(factions), if not just remove all from template.

Let me add, he does not get his looks(use traits) from template so that would remain.

Wow, he is a brute to get for follower. 

 

His initial dialogue repeats. Need to find quest with dunwhiteriverwatch in name and find his dialogue(force greet) he uses and check box that says "say once"

 

You need to change his template from banditlvlsomething to None.

 

You need to mark him as Unique

 

You need to give him Potential follower faction and current follower faction, change setting on current ff to -1

 

You need to add a relationship to him(you'll are dating now)

 

 

 

I think in dunwhiteriver quest with his force greet you should maybe add 3 option for response for immersion? but he would have follow me dialogue after his force greet if aforementioned steps are applied. Possible some things could be skipped or done differently, idk?

 

 

You can poke around in test file I made to play with blind ulfr. I used a quick generic line of dialogue for his force greet "i need you help"  it should have been checked to only say once and I didnt do that, so it will always be there when talking to him but he definitely will follow you.
