You should handle mod load order manually. Too many Skyrim mods available on internet for LOOT to know how to handle all of them. Try to find load order examples on internet or here on LL site. You don't need to find examples of loading specific mods but load order categories, i.e where to put quest mods, landscape mods, armor mods etc. What are your hardware specs (CPU model, GPU model and how much system memory) and at what resolution are you playing game (1080p, 1440p or 2160p) ? With such a massive number of mods, you need good hardware, especially a lot of system memory. Link to comment

I've got a Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-6700 CPU @ 3.40 GHz with a NVidia Geforce GTX 1070, with 16 GB of Ram, and lastly I've play at 1920x1080p Link to comment
coolfreaky Posted October 4, 2021 Share Posted October 4, 2021 i do not want to be rude ( and in anyway you can not play the game with freezing issues ) . with this much of mods i would advice you to follow this guide : (v1.1.3) Mod Organizer 2 & Other tools - From zero to "Hey Sexlab is working!" - Skyrim: Special Edition - LoversLab . when you gain stability : you can add more mods to your liking and each time for each mod test your game stabilities playing for about 20 min : to set it right in game . ( it takes a lot of time to install a nice playthrough ) . Link to comment

While 16 GB may sound like a lot and fine for other games, it is not when modding Skyrim. Is the freezing completely random or does it happen when there is a lot of action? Or even in more idle situations when there is not much going on around player? I don't see many script heavy plugins, only Defeat. So high CPU load should only be during combat. I can see that you have 2 creature schlong plugins. Not sure that is recommended. The problem with using so many mods is, that it makes it very difficult to pinpoint the cause of a problem. My guess is that you run out of memory often, forcing windows to free memory by pushing data to harddisk/SSD pagefile. That could cause a short freeze for a few seconds. But it can also be a mod conflict. Skyrim graphics engine is very old so make sure, you are not running more than 60 frames per second. Some internal timings get messed up if running faster than 60 fps. Easiest solution is probably to make a new profile in mod organizer and make a new mod build. Install some mods and test it. If no freezing then add more mods and test again. Repeat until you get freezing. The latest X number of mods you added must contain the mod causing the freezing problem. Otherwise try to reduce number of mods in existing mod build. Link to comment
