Ok getting this and it seems to be on the last day of female sims periods....full hygene bar and wearing a pad + no leakage.

Game and all my mods...ww...wp...bd are all up to date...

I've had that happening as well.

When I switched my sim to tampons only, I didn't have the issue anymore. Not sure if pads are bugged or not.

Hey! The pad doesn't have to be leaking for this to happen but it has to be used for at least 12 hours (without absorbent reward)

Once the pad is used for more than 12 hours it becomes 25% chance and when it's actually about to leak it's 65%

It's possible the chance is too high, it's difficult to balance this, so I could lower it if it's happening way too often, but so far I didn't get the impression it's an issue...
