NPC Sex Notifications

So I don't get the notifications that the npcs are having sex anymore. Is this a new fix or did I fuck something up?

Most likely that Wicked Setting Option got changed somehow.

I don't recall if it's On by default or not since I've always had it disabled since I don't care to know who is doing what.

Not in game ATM so I can't show you where to find that setting.
